Our rectangular and circular shaped indirectly fired batch fryers are fabricated in stainless steel having pan mounted on
it. The fryer is designed for multiple oil inlets and outlets to regulate oil circulation. The oil is heated in the heat
exchanger and going out into the bucket type filter from the side of the fryer. The fryer is completely insulated to avoid
heat loss and provide a comfortable work environment. The indirect heat type frying system is connected with a digital
temperature controller and control panel to preciously control the oil temperature. The unique feature of this fryer is
its tilting system that enables unloading of products in a single stroke after frying for uniform and consistent product
quality.
This batch frying system is ideally suited for potato chips, banana chips and other low bulk density products like
namkeens (salty snacks) Indian sweets, this system is available in different sizes depending upon the production
capacity.
